We will mark the defect by small red arrow sign, so garment workshop can easily understand there is a defect here.

Fabric weight control is a very important point during bulk fabric inspection, we will check the weight per 50~100yds and also make a good record.

When bulk finished, we will arrange lab testing for bulk fabric, if the CF can’t meet buyer’s request, then the bulk can’t be shipped out.

Finally, we will get a very detail bulk inspection report and send to buyer for checking when they got the fabric.
